Sonic Youth - Нация Мечтателей (AnTrop 1991)

‘Нация Мечтателей‘ (‘Nation of Dreamers’), the infamous 1991 Russian ‘bone’ bootleg of one of the great @sonicyouth_official masterworks - the stuff of legends. Record and sleeve a strong VG+, great sound quality. Fun fact: the bootleggers famously didn’t have an original to work with, so they re-created the iconic @gerhard.richter artwork themselves. Needless to say they did a pretty good job. This is a single record affair instead of the original double album, so they had to get creative on the tracklist too, selecting 8 of the available 14 tracks, again doing pretty well. Now available at the store for sixty euros.
